Skateboard Ceiling Light

My son's old skateboard had been lying around in the garage gathering dust. The other day when we were clearing it, I stumbled upon it and thought of upcycling it to make something trendy out of it. The idea of making some kind of ceiling lights hit me when I saw the symmetric nature of the holes that could be created when I took the wheel bases off. I decided to give it a go to make a retro looking funky ceiling light that would be perfect for my landing.
